How to proceed in different situations:
a) Receiving the goods:
Check whether the packaging is damaged or if the parcel has been opened. In such a case you have the right to refuse to accept the parcel (we also recommend taking photos).
Check whether the parcel is significantly damaged. In such a case you may also refuse to accept it or write a damage report with the carrier (we also recommend taking photos).
If appropriate, you may also open the parcel in front of the carrier and check the condition of the goods. In case of damage, write a report with the driver (vehicle license plate, driver’s name, shipment number, date, time, description of the damage).
b) Withdrawal from the contract
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods (see Terms and Conditions). The end of this period is calculated from the date the goods are handed over to the carrier or directly to the buyer. To withdraw from the contract you may use the form available in this section. Fill in the form or another document of your own, sign it and include it with the returned goods. You may also send it by email to: danacrkova@seznam.cz.
Returns sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted and will be refused.

Withdrawal from the contract form
c) Complaint (claim):
If you discover a defect, please contact us without unnecessary delay, preferably by email at: danacrkova@seznam.cz with a short description of the problem, information about the product number and the order number. If possible, please attach photo(s) showing the defect or a video. This may already allow us to assess the complaint and speed up the further process.
We will then contact you and agree on the possible solutions and the next steps.
If you wish to send the claimed goods without prior communication, fill in the complaint form, sign it and include it in the parcel with the returned goods. You may also send a scanned or photographed copy by email to: danacrkova@seznam.cz.
The returned goods must not be sent as cash on delivery; such parcels will not be accepted. The goods must be properly packed with regard to the nature and size of the goods and sent by one of the following options:
a) The parcel can be sent in my name (Dana Crková / 420 732 65 69 42 / danacrkova@seznam.cz) to Balíkovna: nám. Kapitána Kučery 72/0, Cerhovice, Cerhovice, 26761, Czech Republic
b) to the registered address of the seller (Dana Crková, Brodce 331, Cerhovice 26761, Czech Republic) by a standard courier or postal service
c) to Zásilkovna in my name (Dana Crková / 420 732 65 69 42 / danacrkova@seznam.cz):
Auto Chládek, Plzeňská 158, 26761 Cerhovice, branch identifier: 3861. For this shipping option we can provide a return shipping label.
After receiving the goods, we will contact you.
Money for returned or claimed goods will be sent back to your bank account held at a bank in the Czech Republic or another EU country.
